RETURN POLICY

 

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your experience with Uruoi, (“Denka Corporation” “Denka”, “Uruoi”, “we” or “us”).

We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days from their purchase date. For hygiene purposes, any opened and used items cannot be returned. We will also accept returns of damaged or defective items within 30 days from their purchase date. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item and whether your item is eligible for refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of your item. The shipping costs of your original order are nonrefundable.

Requests for returns must be reported to us by email at hello@uruoiskincare.com as soon as possible. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days from purchase date.

 

Your email to hello@uruoiskincare.com must include the following:

 

  • RETURN” and order number in the subject line; and

 

  • Your phone number, product(s) info, and the reason for the return in the body.

 

A Shipping label will be provided via email to you. Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Uruoi will be refunded. Any extra products included in the return package, or unconfirmed in the return request, will not be eligible for a refund.

Ineligible for refund  

The following are not eligible for refund

1. Anything that was not purchased from our website must be returned to the website where it was purchased, in accordance with their return policy. Note, each third party website where our product is sold may have a more restrictive refund policy.

2. Products on sale during promotions, or certain promotional or giveaway items are often not eligible for return. Site wide promotional sales (e.g., Holidays/Black Friday/Cyber Monday) are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Any opened items[1] will not be eligible for return or refund. No exceptions.

4. Any unconfirmed items, or extra items included in the returned package, will not be refunded.

5. Any items purchased at a trade show or event are not eligible for refund.

Incorrect orders

If you have received your order from us and it is incorrect (quantity, product type, etc.), please email us so that we can arrange for the proper products to be sent to you, and you can return the incorrect items to us. Please refrain from opening incorrect orders as opened items are not eligible for refund.

Cancellation

As soon as the payment is accepted, and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together, so you can start fresh. Please email us at hello@uruoiskincare.com as soon as possible after the order placement, with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. If we can process the cancellation prior to shipment, we will try to accommodate the cancellation, otherwise please wait for the receipt of your package to begin the return process.

Return Process

It can take up to 7 business days for us to receive your return. The refund process will begin after an inspection from Uruoi. After deemed qualified for a return, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

 

As soon as our team has processed your return we will email you. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of shipping your return to us, please email us once more. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to post to your account.
